Preparing Your Items

LOOSE ITEMS:

  • Items must be clean and in working order. Sellers will be assessed a $20 fee for each item returned for missing pieces or for not working.

  • Attach tags with painter's tape or use address labels.

  • Small parts must be bagged/taped closed and attached securely.

  • Small toys may be grouped into Ziploc bags secured with clear packing tape. It is also good to write your consignor number and price on the Ziploc bag with a Sharpie in case the tag comes off.

HANGING ITEMS:

  • Tags are placed on the upper right side of the clothing and pinned to withstand light tugging.

  • Hangers should look like a "?"

  • Hang bottoms from the top of the hanger. Move pins closer to the top of the hanger for larger sizes. Pant hangers are allowed, too.

  • TOPS, DRESSES, & JACKETS- the hanger goes INSIDE the garment. Larger shirts should be secured by looping the hanger through the item tag or with clothes pins.

  • TWO-PIECE OUTFITS. Hang the first and pin the second to the back. Be sure to catch the hanger.

SHOES:

  • Shoes should be LIKE NEW and sell better when tied together using string or zip ties.

  • Remember, washing goes a long way! Please write the SHOE SIZE on the label/tag and place your bar code inside the shoe. If you use tags (and not address labels) simply cut the bar code off the tag, write the shoe size, and tape that to the inside of the shoe.

  • Ziploc bags are okay for infant sizes but not good for larger sizes.

GAMES and PUZZLES:

  • Games and boxed puzzles should have all the pieces and be taped closed.

  • Use a standard descriptive tag and secure it with painter's tape or use the address labels printing option.

  • Place puzzle pieces into ziplock bags and tape the bag to the back of the puzzle.

  • Another option is to wrap the completed puzzle in Saran wrap, then secure with tape.
